I have the pies! How do I bake the pies?

First off, avoid using the microwave, the pastry doesn’t respond well to the unnatural sciency micro-heat-waves. We know some of you will anyway, so just chuck it in for 2min and know you’ve made a compromise.

For you pie-pros in the room:

Bake from frozen – 35min @ 325F
Bake from thaw – 20min @ 375F

CAN I GET YOUR PIES DELIVERED?

You can get a selection of our products delivered in Saskatoon through Christie's Bakery every Tuesday and Saturday from Noon to 5pm. Visit christiesbakery.com to place your order.

Please note: Christies needs 48 hours turnaround for their orders.

WHAT'S IN SEASON RIGHT NOW?

Our menu rotates regularly with about 30 different flavours throughout the year. The best way to know what's available is to sign up for our weekly newsletter or pop by The 405 on Friday or Saturday.

ARE YOUR PIES FREEZABLE?

Absolutely! In fact, they're designed to go straight into your freezer for those "I need a quick meal" moments. They'll keep nicely for up to 3 months.

DO YOU HAVE VEGETARIAN OPTIONS?

Yes! We always have vegetarian pies available. Some favourites include our Spinach & Feta w/ Fresh Dill and Mushroom Walnut & Goat Cheese. Check our weekly newsletter for current vegetarian offerings.

CAN I PLACE A SPECIAL ORDER?

We currently don't offer custom orders for pies, but we do have a wide rotating selection available each week. For special events, we'd be happy to discuss catering options—check out our "Book an Event" page!

WHAT IS "THE 405"?

The 405 is our home base at 405 33rd Street West in Saskatoon. It's both where we make our provisions and a unique event space available for private bookings. Stop by during our open hours to check it out!
